ChocoBeet overnight oats

ChocoBeet overnight oats – this is rather similar to my Power Porridge recipe with the addition of some delicious beetroot and fruit.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (60g) Tesco free from pure oats
  • 1 tbsp. of RealFoodSource goji berries & cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tbsp. of sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Indigo Herbs organic raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. Indigo Herbs super vital powder (for an extra beetroot hit)
  • 1 tbsp. RealFoodSource organic chia seeds
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml Oatly organic oat milk

Method:

  • Put the oats, goji berries, cacao nibs, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raw cacao powder, super vital power and chia seeds all into a pot.
  • Repeat again with the same amount of ingredients to make another pot full
  • Put the cooked beetroot, chopped up apple and banana into a blender (I love using the Nutribullet) and blend it all up together
  • Then pour half the mix into each of your porridge mix pots
  • Mix each one up and then put it in the fridge overnight
  • The second pot will be all good for you to eat 2-3 days later
